• User Responsibilities: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Data collections : All data are stored and retrieved for your own viewing while using the app. BudgetTrack will never share the data to other 3rd party or entities under any conditions.
• Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of international business and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Your City/Region for the resolution of any disputes.
• Limitations of Liability: In no event shall BudgetTrack, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or Application.
• Subscription and Paid Features: Some features may require a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices and payment terms may change, with or without prior notice. At any time the paid services may be withdrawn or disabled.
• Subscriptions Renewal: All paid subscriptions can be renewed with the available offer period and the subscription amount. Please contact us in case of any technical issues with subscription renewal
• AI Features and Limitations : The App may use AI to provide suggestions or categorization. These features are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. You agree not to rely solely on AI output for any financial decisions.

• Refund Policy : We offer 14 days refunds for the subsriptions or paid premium services. Please send us in email for any refund related queries
• Cancellations : There is no cancellations of subsriptions or paid premium services. Any paid services will be automatically be unavailable once subscription has ended.
• Disclaimers : The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content or AI suggestions
• Limitation of Liability : We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
